Gas Alert Max Multi-Gas Detector

GasAlertMax is a 4, 3, or 2 multi gas detector with internal sampling pump available with optional datalogging. Detects H2S, CO, O2 and combustibles (LEL). Uses non-propreitary Black & Decker 'VersaPak' batteries so they can be easily and cheaply replaced from any hardware store. GasAlertMax also features a simple automatic calibration procedure.

GasAlertMax is powered by two advanced microcontrollers and features plug-in electrochemical and catalytic sensors. High-output audible/visual alarms provide instant notifi cation.

The large alphanumeric LCD shows real-time gas concentrations and the instrument’s status at all times. A full-function self-test verifies sensor, circuitry and battery integrity and activates the audible/visual alarms each time the detector is activated. GasAlertMax clearly advises the hazard present—Low, High, TWA, STEL or multi-gas alarm. Recorded TWA and Peak exposures can be displayed on demand. GasAlertMax satisfies the OSHA safety regulation CFR1910.146 (Permit Required - Confined Space Entry).
