PLACING ORDERS WITH GLOBAL TEST SUPPLY 
Global Test Supply conveniently accepts orders both online and offline. If you purchase online you can securely pay by American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or PayPal. Global Test Supply conforms to all PCI compliance policies in order to secure your credit card information and identity.

Order Processing Times
All orders will take some time to process prior to shipping out. This time allows us to receive the order, review and confirm your order, process the payment, send instructions to our warehouse, pick and pack the order, handle any documentation and prepare the shipment for pick up by the courier/shipping company. All in-stock orders ship within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. Items that are not-in-stock will take additional lead time prior to shipping. If you would like detailed turn around or lead times, please contact us.
RETURN POLICY 
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product you receive from Global Test Supply, you may return the regular stock product within 30 days from the time of receipt, for a full refund or exchange of the product you purchased (less any shipping costs). Within this time, products may be returned; freight prepaid and must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Returns for items not shown as being in stock at the time of purchase may be subject to restocking fees based on the return goods policy of the manufacturer, as well as shipping or other fees.
Shipping errors, missing items or damages must be reported to Global Test Supply immediately. (Damages should be accompanied by a signed bill of lading acknowledging the damage)
Items returned will be inspected for damage or misuse at which time they may be subject to restocking fees, other fees or refused, prior to the issuance of any credit.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES 
All items ship with the Manufacturer's standard warranty and are subject to the Manufacturer's terms & conditions. Should the item fail within the Manufacturer's stated warranty time period, please contact us to make arrangements to have your item repaired or replaced.
CALIBRATION 
Global Test Supply has a full service calibration lab on site offering comprehensive repair and calibration services.  Each calibration certificate is traceable to NIST and includes the model number, serial number, ambient conditions, calibration date and calibration due date.  In addition, we provide a full data report detailing tolerances and uncertainties at no additional charge.

SHIPPING
Standard Terms are F.O.B. shipping point, at which point legal title and responsibility for goods is transferred to the buyer upon pick-up by shipping carrier. Insurance is available on each package at an additional cost, please ask your sales technician to add package insurance to your order.  If your package is lost in transit please look around your facility or delivery address, see if someone else has accepted your package.  If the package cannot be located contact the carrier and Global Test Supply.
Global Test Supply is not liable for lost or missing packages to residential address. If your tracked package is showing delivered and you are not able to locate it contact the carrier and necessary authorities to file claims and reports immediately.
Global Test Supply's default shipping carrier is UPS. However, we can ship via FedEx, DHL, US Postal Service, Bax Global or another freight carrier of your choice. We can also ship APO for US military customers. Shipping charges vary per item and will be calculated for you automatically online or by your sales technician.
Our Free Shipping Policy
We're happy to offer Free Ground Shipping on online orders to our customers who have a total purchase that exceeds our Free Shipping threshold of $99.00. Free shipping is only available to customers shipping Ground. Orders shipping 2 Day, Overnight or Express will not be eligible but can be upgraded at the checkout for an additional cost.
PRICING
Unless otherwise noted, prices do not include freight, handling fees, taxes, and/or duties, and are subject to correction or change without notice. If we identify an error in our catalog or website after your order is placed, a representative will contact you prior to processing your order to obtain approval of the correction. Global Test Supply reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
IMAGES AND DESCRIPTION

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please Note: International shipments take longer to prepare due to the additional paperwork required. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed for any international shipments.
Customers shipping International will not be charged a fee for shipping at checkout. You will be contacted after purchase with shipping costs and transit time.
International customers may opt to send their shipments to a US address (like a freight forwarder) using US shipping rates and transit times.
